I just wanted to share a mod that I made a while back. The coffee and tea mod adds coffee and tea into Minecraft. But I didn't just add the drinks, it also adds plants that can be farmed (they also spawn naturally in the world) and a complicated process to make both coffee and tea. It works with Forge 1.7. I never really had time to update it to forge 1.8. I hope you guys enjoy it. You can find more information about the mod and the download link in the Minecraft Forum thread. (See below)
